FUE
FUE is an advanced surgical procedure for hair transplant without the need for a linear scar. With innovative technology, comprising of manual and motorized follicular unit extraction, the surgical team led by Dr. Kalia performs the procedure on patients expecting realistic results. Achieving natural-looking results requires both scientific expertise and aesthetic understanding of hair growth and assessing what works best for each individual patient.
What is FUE?
The Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is a minimally invasive hair transplantation technique in which follicular units, i.e. the hair follicles are singly extracted from the donor area (like backside of the head, chest, thighs or other hairy areas) of the patient and are then transplanted to the recipient, i.e. the hair loss area. The hair grafts are skilfully extracted from the donor area with the help of a precision tool and are then carefully placed in the recipient area. There is absolutely no scar, incision or stitch and this is the reason why the donor area is barely visible right within a few days.
